Remember each bug report should describe ONE problem only.
The problems I can see so far are gnome-shell repeatedly crashing on
shutdown/logout in:

The first recurring crash sounds like bug 2036889 which was fixed in
23.10. But it could still happen with buggy extensions. So please start
by removing all local extensions:
cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/
rm -rf extensions
and then log in again.
