Hi @Sebastien Bache, Thanks for your reply. As per your suggestion, we tried to execute the below command in a terminal, apport-collect 1914031
It redirects us to the ubuntu forum login page, and if logged in, it throws the pop-up that the page is private and we don't have the access to it.
