Public bug reported:
Settings -> Power -> Automatic suspend -> On battery power -> Delay has
a minimum value of 15 mins. This might made sense to the developer who
thought that you never want a lower value because you have a laptop with
multiple hours of battery life, but the same setting is used for desktop
computers than run on UPSs. In case of a power outage, desktop users
might reasonably want a lower delay before suspending the computer (1 or
5 minutes, etc.) so I believe that this is a UX design issue.
If you agree with this I might be able to patch it.
