3) When I open a document with evince and go to File\Print\Image Quality, I
expect evince to have the default value defined in my CUPS configuration
(System\Administration\Printing -> Printer Options).
4) If I had set the print resolution to 300 DPI the last time I used Evince, it
will still be 300 DPI in File\Print\Image Quality, and not the default 600 DPI
defined in System\Administration\Printing -> Printer Options.
