Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Evolution-Help says that you can set default-signature with the
signature-editor. This would be the best way, but there is no button or
anything else to do so. You have to choose the default-signature at the
Identity-Tab in the E-Mail-Account-Menu.
This option is very hard to find (but also mentioned in Evolution-Help).

All in all the Evolution-Help is wrong in this one case, the described
but missing option should be implemented.
