I found a workaround here: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=73889
I can change the brightness with setpci -s 00:02.0 F4.B=FF where FF is a brightest mode and 00:02.0 is from lspci | grep VGA. Now I can set the brightness using setpci, how can I make acpi to use this command? -- [Karmic] Brightness fn keys lost functionality (multiple laptops) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/406515 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
