Turn on the Window Rules - Window Management plugin, and then add
Evolution as a "Sticky". Finally, hit the Send/Receive a few times
(usually more than just once) and Evolution will crash. My thought is,
it tries to present the Send/Receive dialog box across all 4 virtual
desktops, can't handle that request...so it crashes.
