I've missed the discussion on this, so don't know what the status is. But the subject kept popping up now and then in my subconsciouses. Is it that MUFFIN is/was the idea for a name for the notebookbar? Or for the whole concept that allows maximum user freedom? When thinking about the notebookbar, it's been hard for me to think of Muffin as a proper name, from the first time that I saw it. It's only now that I can explain why: UI elements, panels, bars in LibreOffice have a descriptive, exact name. The Navigator isn't called JAPOF (Jump to Any Part OF the File) .. to give an example. But as name for the whole flexible concept, I think Muffin or alike is great. For the Notebookbar.. Maybe Free Bar, or Main Bar, or .. ?? Anyway, I'll do a poll in my presentation at T-DOSE; look what the audience comes up with ;) Cheers, Cor -- Cor Nouws GPD key ID: 0xB13480A6 - 591A 30A7 36A0 CE3C 3D28 A038 E49D 7365 B134 80A6 - vrijwilliger http://nl.libreoffice.org - volunteer http://www.libreoffice.org - The Document Foundation Membership Committee Member -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/design/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
