Hi Paul,

I have been using Draw quite a bit lately and these thoughts came up.

1. Move Page Change |< < > >| to Status Bar next to Slide 1/1

I don't like that idea, because the Status Bar already has not enough space to show the essential things correctly.

2. Stack Status Bar above Properties panel. Eliminates lost space on
bottom of window and is one less place to move eyes to.

A "Status Bar" is always at the bottom. Do you know any application where it is not at the bottom?

3. Move "Tabs" to old Status Bar location centered. Allows for more
Tabs and/or larger text of Tabs.

I would like to see, that custom configure of the font size is possible, but disagree, that another location would be better.

4. Tabs have a "Visible" interaction. When making multi-level
drawing, quickly turning on/off layers assists in selection and
correction process. Using one click instead of three would be a
great time saver. Suggest Open/Closed Eye icon.

I agree, that the Tabs should get more functions. Ctrl-Click and Alt-Click are candidates for more function. I would like to see locked/unlocked. The current visible/invisible is already an improvement compared to old OOo. For more discussions on that topic read

5. The ability to Flip Pages panel with Properties panel. Being more
comfortable as a left handed person would be nice.

I'm not sure, whether I understand you. It is already possible to drag the "Page Pane" to the right and the "Sidebar" to the left. What are you looking for?

Kind regards
Regina
