Good work Michel. Possibly a survey would be useful.
For me and my work your order is less used at the top, the standard order is more useful but not optimum (I would have Frame, Table and Picture above header and footer based on standard usage), so for different people and uses the order may differ. For Calc, Writer and Impress usage would differ also.
