Discovered and reported in Debian bug "ftbfs with libxml 2.14.x"

It seems as if child elements of <lilypond-directive> are not exported. Doing
a manual execution of tests/integration the file comparison fails and aborts.
I've attached the complete Debian build log - error is just before the end. A
diff of the file being tested shows:
