Can keyboard pitch entry advance the cursor to the next note?

hello, In the few scores I've made in Denemo so far I usually enter the durations first, then the pitches with the on-screen 
piano, which automatically advances the cursor to the next note. As far as I can tell if you enter pitches with the keyboard 
the cursor doesn't advance though (if you are changing the pitches of durations I should add). Is there a setting such that I 
can advance the cursor when I enter pitches with keyboard keys, if I have already entered all the durations?
