Details:
In Windows 10, if I have hidden menus with Hide/Show Menus, and adjusted the
display window to just show 4 staffs, when I close the file and re-open, the
size of the display window is remembered, but the menus are showing,
consequently there are now only two staffs showing, so then I have to
re-adjust the window to get four staffs showing once more.
