Follow-up Comment #1:
Is spillover useful apart from entering rhythms. It certainly makes a mess if
you try to enter a chord with a duration that would spillover as it is only
extending with one note. Not obvious what would be useful, but for now I've
fixed it so that spillover of dots only happens for rhythm entry.
