Details:
When I did Movements > Adjust the Measure lenghts > Rebar Merge underfull,
split overfull bars, it's problematic whre there were whole measure rests (see
attached file bar 40 etc. It's diffcult to know where to put the cursor to
delete the prolematic whole measure rests.
