Details:
Sometimes when the music is typeset only an excerpt is shown - looking in the
LilyPond view only a small part of the music is there (controlled by the
selection possibly).
This may be only the case when Continuous is set.
What triggers it is obscure, but asking to re-typeset does not clear it.
Deleting the Default Score Layout in the layout view does (as would closing
and re-opening the file).
What triggers this behavior is unknown, but it is possibly related to the
routines for generating a .png image from the current selection.
