Details:
The current Gtk version used to build the windows binaries does not show the
little triangular marker that is supposed to indicate that the GtkExpander can
be expanded to show its contents.
In particular if you attach some directive to an object (e.g. a trill to a
note) then the first time you click any button such as delete on the trill
directive the expander shrinks to hide the buttons. Only after expanding it do
you get to actually operate any button. This is made worse by the fact that if
it was the delete button you pressed the vanishing of the buttons might lead
you to think the directive is deleted. Only by clicking on the directive name
(there is no little triangular indicator) do you get the buttons back which
then work.
