Follow-up Comment #10, bug #56358 (project denemo):
Looking at the sources I see there is a neater workaround - the environment
variable
DENEMO_DATA_DIR
is read at start up. Set to /usr/local/share/denemo or wherever the
actions/lilypond directory is installed.
