Details:
and is described wrongly - it attaches lilypond syntax before and after the
duration. It should offer the overrides to place the syntax elsewhere. There
is no corresponding commands for notes or time sigs etc.
Likewise there could be commands for inserting syntax into the \with {} clause
of Staff (and Voice?)
