There are lots of cases where a framework will allow a developer to do
something bad. We can do our best to greatly discourage them for doing
something wrong, but ultimately
Perhaps if there is major concern (so far I only see a +1, a +1 from community
and a -0.5) in which case we can add a boolean isScannable that indicates
whether this config source should be scanned for lists of properties/property
values.
