It looks like the key (or subkey?) used to sign the release isn't on
Savannah any more. The 1.6.3 release is signed with:

gpg: Signature made Thu 17 Jun 2021 04:04:30 AM BST
gpg:                using RSA key CE9D6843AABACC90

But the keyring on Savannah only includes this key of yours:
