Make the testsuite work better.
* Makefile.am (RUNTESTDEFAULTFLAGS): Add RUNTEST=$(RUNTEST).
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* dejagnu.exp (host_execute): Improve regexp matching.
* testsuite/libdejagnu/unit.cc: C++ fixes.
