Hi,
this bug is present also on a HP Compaq 6720s laptop.

The driver loads, but it can't find the hardware, thus it unloads. The mouse
that it configures is an USB mouse I'm using, since the touchpad isn't working
at all.
Here are some commands I gave:

You have to set 'SHMConfig' 'true' in Xorg.conf or XFree86.conf to use

I also tried downgrading Xorg to the lenny version, it didn't even start (I
don't know if the touchpad would've worked though).
Please *really* consider fixing this bug. Is it also present upstream?
