after installing the latest version, the hangup was solved, thank you. Now there is another effect, after creating the same situation which caused the hang (using ratpoison C-t exclam or colon and hitting return there) all key combinations which are based on ctrl-alt (like ctrl-alt-f1 or -backspace) ceased working. Is there anything I can trace or look deeper into?
