All freshly installed. The libreoffice is: ii libreoffice 4:25.2.3-2+deb13u2 amd64 office productivity suite (metapackage) After downgrading the above packages (and not touching libreoffice), and a restart, all works as before: The downgrade was performed with dpkg command, and installing from cash: /var/cache/apt/archives/bind9-dnsutils_1%3a9.20.11-4_amd64.deb /var/cache/apt/archives/bind9-host_1%3a9.20.11-4_amd64.deb /var/cache/apt/archives/bind9-libs_1%3a9.20.11-4_amd64.deb /var/cache/apt/archives/openjdk-21-jre_21.0.8+9-1_amd64.deb /var/cache/apt/archives/openjdk-21-jre-headless_21.0.8+9-1_amd64.deb /var/cache/apt/archives/xserver-common_2%3a21.1.16-1.3_all.deb /var/cache/apt/archives/xserver-xorg-core_2%3a21.1.16-1.3_amd64.deb /var/cache/apt/archives/xserver-xorg-legacy_2%3a21.1.16-1.3_amd64.deb which are simply the previous versions of the above packages.
