Not sure my last message went through correctly.
This addes comments to 000_stolen_from_HEAD.diff for all the patches
therein except the Radeon driver ones (which I haven't quite worked out yet).
Of note is the riva_driver patch, which is purely a comment patch, so I don't
see why it's included.
