Hi Wieland, Currently support for Debian squeeze has stopped long long ago and you will not be able to make search using suite=squeeze anymore.
I believe your first link can no longer be accessed through searching with current packages.debian.org webpage, thus I'm considering this specific issue as invalid right now.
