Hello Mathieu! I wanted to take a look at Emerillon as well. Made packages of the 0.1.0 development release which you can find here: http://fatal.se/tmp/pkg-emerillon/ (I also put rebuit versions of ethos packages there, which I found at https://launchpad.net/~giftwrap/+archive/ppa/+packages since ethos hasn't been packaged for debian yet. See bug #551100.)
Besides missing ethos, I also ran into problems with librest dependency. Apparently upstream develops on ubuntu which has renamed rest-0.6.pc to rest.pc. Thus pkg-config has a hard time finding librest. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/librest/+bug/462083 This should be fixed in the next upstream release (for us, breaking ubuntu).
