I am wondering what is not clear about the words "Intent to package" and "Owner of a bug". A Request For Packaging was filed weeks ago, I declared my Intent To Package a few days ago, set the owner of this bug to myself, and I already started working on the packaging itself. You have uploaded your own work without asking me about it and being definitely unfair.
