Hi Guido, the preliminary packaging for those packages is on git.debian.org (with some unpushed changes for the last round of new upstream releases sitting on my hard disk). The APIs (D-Bus,libraries) of DeviceKit(-*) are still in a bit of a flux, DeviceKit itself is destined to go away very likely in the near future and the functionality will be moved into udev(-extras). DeviceKit-disks and DeviceKit-power are planned to talk to udev directly via libudev. That's the reason why I haven't uploaded the packages yet. If there is interest though, I could upload them to experimental (or unstable and block them from entering testing).
