It is not available. I intend to package clang for debian [1], however, upstream advises that clang should be compiled alongside llvm in SVN and it hasn't been released yet. [1] http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=459325 In case there is sufficient interest, I will consider packaging the version of clang that was tagged (in SVN) alongside a release of llvm. For 2.5, that would be r65926. But that would either be in experimental or in a private area.
