Everyone, I've been working on a full server stack packaging for Tomcat 6 to land in Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex, based on the great work done in Debian on Tomcat 5.5 and the preliminary work of David Pashley posted here. This is an extension of the current tomcat6 source package.

The packaging is still work in progress and hasn't been submitted for inclusion in Ubuntu yet. I wanted to involve the Tomcat Debian maintainers early in the process so that you can make remarks that I can fix before inclusion. I would be very happy if you could take a look at the packaging work done so far and let me know if there is anything I should change to make it more likely for Debian to adopt it at one point in the future.
