Reading this paragraph I frankly do not understand what this package is about (neither I do reading the forthcoming paragraphs): the first row is almost useless as it is evident that we are talking about "debian packaging" and "Solr Server" does not help in understanding what we are talking about. The short description is not explaining what the package is about either. Also, the Homepage does not belong to the long description, but to the Homepage field in the source package stanza.
