On inspection of Andrew's packages (in fact, one, last upload 2003) I had come to the conclusion he was MIA. I then orphaned the ITP along with the package. There's nothing wrong with the ITP as such, it should just be owned by someone who's actually working on it. Sorry, should have been more verbose.
