Hi, maybe you can ask for another sponsor, then ? If nobody answers on -mentors or -perl, somebody from Debian-Med can upload the package next week. By the way, I just had a look at it, and saw you put it at priority: extra. This would force packages which depend on it to become extra as well. Is there any good reason for this ? If not, I would be happy if libsvg-perl would be optional instead, as I would like to keep bioperl optional. (Also, I am not sure if you need to build-depend-indep on Perl...)
