The only missing explicit legal mention (header) is for tests/rpc_client.py (I guess MIT too). And that's a tiny point since it's a trivial code that is not installed (so only present in the orig.tar.gz file) - possible future conflict with other UPnP implementations (such as GUPnP <http://gupnp.org/>) have to be investigated and anticipated, - the packaging is nearly complete.
