Your ITP wnpp bug is being closed because of the following reasons:
- It is, as of today, older than 365 days.
- It hasn't had any activity recently.
The package is already available under [1] and I'm only waiting for my
sponsor to upload it :-P
(I'm not putting too much pressure on him because he's a nice guy and
the important package, freemind, is still in beta stadium)
