Some files seem to handle pysnmp4 but other does not. I think that the author is transitionning to support pysnmp4. I have no pointer here. I can send them later. I use myself pysnmp3-se which is said to be more performant. I have not verified since I cannot use either pysnmp2 or pysnmp4. ;-)
