Dear Luca, If the lib package ships the binary program, nothing will depend on the lib and it will be removed by deborphan. Also, you can have /usr/share/doc/thinkfinger-tools be a symlink to /usr/share/doc/libthinkfinger if you strictly depend on the same version.
