Jiří, I'm one of the authors of QShaderEdit, debian is my primary operating system and I've been planning to package it for a while. I don't have the knowledge to do that myself, but I'd be happy to help with that and keep the package up to date. Let me know if you have any source package or patches already available and feel free to submit them to our mailing list:
