The problem is, kat is nearly upstream dead.
And we can't take the packages from ubuntu these packages are unclean and buggy.
Beacuse kat use an old version of libsqlite and this old version is not in
debian and with an higher version kat crashes all the time.
I can't do any packaging at the moment.
