In case anyone is interested I made a (VERY preliminary) attempt at packaging the whole apparmor suite (except the kernel patch which will be added soon). The basic functionality is there, although various details like the event logging daemon are still buggy and the profiles section is only roughly worked on and needs an overhaul for debian.
Everyone and their mom are invited to try it and send patches. Works great for desktop systems.
