I will package Serpentine as soon as python 2.4 transition happens, as it seems there will never be a python 2.4 module for Gstreamer 0.10 [1] before, and dbus does not provide any 2.3 modules [2] any more. Maybe the newly announced [3] python modules team will help to avoid such problems in the future.
