Hi ! It's true that this ITP is old ! But since I'm just a "packager", a co-maintainer (jackbeat with piem (Paul Brossier)) and not a developer, I have a few packages like ctorrent that could be included in unstable (lintian tests are ok) but just can't upload them ! :'(
If any of you could upload ctorrent, and maybe others (see http://yomix.org/debian/), you're welcome ! The lastest version is : 1.3.4 And I think it is not "replaced" by bittornado since ctorrent is console based and written in C... and useful ! :) Let me know your decisions, thanks !
