There have been already some comments, but here is what I see:
. you have to include the java sources, ask the author to give you
the sources (it is on the webpage that he provides the sources!)
and try to build from sources.
. clean you rules file: From the reject-faq at ftpmaster:
Have a clear debian/rules file. A bad example are the dh-make
templates. As the name says: they are templates. Edit them, test your
package and then delete the whole bunch of commands that are commented
out, make it hard to read and do not help. If you later need anything:
Type dh_[TAB][TAB] to see whats available
