I can't even download the source. The latter point makes it especially likely that this package isn't going into Debian. For the record, http://freshmeat.net/projects/netxmms/ has http://freshmeat.net/redir/netxmms/53299/url_homepage/netxmms as project homepage. Google is no help either.
