I've decided to orphan this package rather than listing it as RFA, and I'll upload a new package with a Debian QA Group maintainer later today.
This package has no reverse dependencies any more, and AFAIK the only package which build-depends on it is libhtml-tokeparser-simple-perl, which I am also going to orphan.
