I no longer have time to maintain yale (and other astronomy related
packages). Prospective maintainers should contact me since I would like to
point out some issues in astronomy-related software in Debian that would
need to be coordinated too. Also, since starplot Suggests=20
'yale', they should be taken together.

The package is in sync with upstream and lintian clean.
