I had some troubles with gcc-3.3 but it works great now that gcc-3.4 is
in unstable. Here's my diff to the Makefile. License for pylucene is
MIT-ish but it includes lucene itself which is Apache License v 2.0.
Not sure how to get the attention of the right person to package this.
It only needs to install two files in /usr/lib/pythonX.Y/site-packages
