I can't for the life of me figure out why this response, nor my report to spamassassin never seemed to make it in to the BTS, so I am resending it (originally sent Jun 9th):

A fine idea, I will submit a wishlist bug on spamassassin and then merge this bug with that one, or is there a better way to do that? > > * License : Unlicensed > > Please get a confirmation about the license, please. I was trying to locate the author, and I finally got him (his obfuscated email address was pretty obfuscated). I asked about the license, he replied (see below) that GPL was fine with him. I haven't assigned a license to RDJ yet but GPL is fine for me. A Debian package... cool :) I'm an avid Debian user myself but don't know jack about making packages. Some things to consider: - Built-in auto-updating of the script should be disabled or enabled? - It would probably make more sense to use a config file in /etc/ instead of the my_rules_du_jour wrapper.
